Detailed Description
The Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate of the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland is a level 3 qualification in food hygiene for food handlers with supervisory responsibilities. It meets legislative requirements and is nationally recognised in all sectors of the food industry and local authorities.
