You must inform SEZ (email [email protected]) immediately of your lost or stolen card in order to prevent fraud.

Replacement cards take up to 2 weeks to obtain and you will be emailed when the card is ready for collection from SEZ (the Support Enquiry Zone) in the Library. If you need temporary ID whilst waiting for your new card, SEZ can provide you with temporary paper ID.

If your card has been stolen do not reorder online. Take your crime reference number to  SEZ , who will reorder it free of charge. You must have a crime reference number for this.

The £10 charge for card replacement is non-refundable if you later find your card

Replacement cards cannot be ordered for students who are within six weeks of the end date of their programme of study. A temporary card can be issued for SEZ.

You can use your student card as proof of age, to take out library books, to print on campus, to gain entry to exam locations and to access certain Dundee City Council facilities.
