Replacement Printed Certificate - Post 1st September 2000 This is for a replacement Graduation certificate. Maximum quantity of 1. This will only be issued as per the name on the original certificate. Replacements are produced with the Abertay Univerisy logo and include the signature of the current Vice-Chancellor. These are not a duplicate of what was previously issued to you. Replacement Certificate requests are hard-copy only and will be posted: to a UK address via Royal Mail 'signed for' service: to a non-UK address via courier. Transcript - Post 1st September 2000 (pre-2015/16) One copy of a transcript which lists all courses which a student has studied during their period of study. The transcript indicates the academic year, the programme and modules studied and includes the credits and award gained. Please note that from 2015/16 your HEAR is your official transcript, which you should access via GradIntel. Module Descriptor Outline of the module content including the credit values, teaching hours and assessments. Please note that the University holds course/module information only from the last ten academic sessions. Prior to this, information is no longer available. Items pre-1st September 2000 Flat fee for 1 copy of the transcript plus any relevant module descriptors (if available). Please note that only an Official Letter will be provided for information prior to University status being granted in 1994. This cost covers searching though paper records stored in the archives.
After making payment, please email your request to [email protected] attaching your receipt of payment. Please note you must provide a contact name, full address details including postcode, email address and mobile phone number. All other requests will be provided via email unless you specifically state you require hard copies to be posted to you (or a recognised body). Please note, If you have any outstanding debts to the university we are unable to issue any official documents until the debts have been paid in full.
